No. VoiceBox can work with unanswered-call forwarding from an existing phone number to the VoiceBox voicemail number assigned to the account.

Yes. VoiceBox is designed to work from modern phones, tablets and computers.
Can VoiceBox email my voicemail?
Yes. VoiceBox can deliver the voicemail recording as an audio attachment by email when email delivery is enabled.
Can VoiceBox identify callers?
VoiceBox first checks the user's saved contacts and can also use optional caller-identification tools when enabled.
