These terms describe the responsible use of VoiceBox by invited, authorized account holders.
Invitation-only access
VoiceBox is not open for public signup. Access is limited to accounts created or invited by an authorized administrator.
Account responsibility
Users are responsible for keeping sign-in details private, using assigned phone numbers appropriately and maintaining accurate delivery settings.
Acceptable use
VoiceBox may be used only for lawful voicemail management. Users must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with another account.
Service availability
VoiceBox features may depend on phone, email or transcription services and may change as the product develops. Users should retain important messages when appropriate.
