VoiceBox Voicemail Text Notifications

Users can choose to receive transactional SMS/MMS notifications when they receive a new voicemail.

When enabled, VoiceBox may send:

a notification that a new voicemail was received
the voicemail audio recording as an MMS attachment
caller name or phone number when available

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on voicemail activity.
Rates: Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: Reply STOP to opt out.
Help: Reply HELP for help.
No marketing: No marketing or promotional messages are sent.

This is the exact opt-in shown inside VoiceBox. The agreement checkbox is unchecked by default and users must check it themselves before notifications can be enabled.

Mobile number

I agree to receive transactional SMS/MMS messages from VoiceBox at the mobile number provided, including notifications when I receive a new voicemail and the voicemail audio recording as an attachment. Message frequency varies based on voicemail activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.

Consent is never assumed. Existing users are not opted in automatically, and turning notifications off in VoiceBox Settings immediately stops all messages.
